Joie de what?

Hi there, my name is Samantha and I've been a high school English teacher for 5 years.

After scouring Tik Tok & Instagram for "chic teacher style" and coming up empty, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I've convinced myself that creating a classic, elegant, and fun wardrobe that inspires me to get up and show up will help me this year be the best teacher I can be.

I am inspired by French fashion and the Parisian way of life, hence the terms "très chic" and my passion for finding my joie de vivre (cheerful enjoyment of life).

This summer, I've experienced exhaustion like never before. Thus, I'm on a mission to create and inspire teachers (and other working professionals out there) who I know are in the same boat.
